About Me

My name is Jacob Buhlig, and I’m a personal trainer with over 13 years of experience in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and athletic training. I’ve had the privilege of competing as a collegiate athlete and have honed my expertise in training individuals for life in all spaces. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase muscle mass, or completely transform your body, becoming harder to kill, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Along with my experience in the fitness world, I’m also an active duty Marine, proudly serving in the U.S. Marine Corps for the past six years. My time in the Marines has taught me discipline, dedication, and the value of hard work – all of which I bring to my training philosophy. In addition to my fitness expertise, I’ve led and mentored others, developing training programs, overseeing complex projects, and working as a team to reach goals.

Throughout my journey, I've trained individuals from various backgrounds, whether they're striving to excel in their sport or achieve a major physical transformation. I take a holistic approach to training, ensuring each program is tailored to meet your specific goals while promoting overall well-being.
